「認識原住民後，你會更喜歡原住民，更瞭解原住民文化。我們一路上，一直在將這份喜歡，分享給大家。」 體内流淌著一半平地人、一半原住民血液的張徐康群（Joe），從小腦中充滿各種有趣小點子。部落中與部落外的世界，他進出自如，從原住民文化到紫微斗數，都難不倒他。從2015年開始，體認到維護與發揚原民文化的使命，Joe更是與同伴開始積極爭取政府的原住民標案。 經過屢屢碰壁，Joe最終發揮了「彈性思維」的優勢，在原住民與平地人之間、政府與民衆之間；甚至原住民各族之間，擔當溝通橋梁，讓每個活動得以順利進行，甚至做的比預期更有意義。 「我們不排斥競爭，同行不是仇家，彼此尊重，互相學習，督促彼此成長是好的現象。」Joe在Avier團隊探訪時笑著説。專注在細節的Joe，試過親自送便當給活動中2600人，「每件小事都是很重要的事！沒吃飽，心情會不好；做活動要能夠感同身受。」因此，作爲Avier 的精神「細節中創造不凡」，Joe當之無愧。 0:00 開場 0:31 Joe自我介紹 1:05 作爲橋梁——團隊的角色 1:52 推廣活動的動力——原住民的真 4:02 Joe的未來展望

 “Getting to know more about us--the indigenous people in Taiwan, I'm sure you will fall in love with our culture. This is what I have been doing since, sharing our love for all." Joe is half indigenous. His childhood was spent half in tribes and half in the city. Ever since he was little, he is always full of ideas with strong execution. Since 2015, protecting and promoting the indigenous culture have become his ambition and mission. He and his companions actively tender for indigenous festivals and events issued by Taiwan government. It was hard at the beginning, and Joe managed to bring his smart brain and life experiences into play--through those years surrounding with indigenous and non-indigenous people. He sees himself as a bridge between different groups, maintaining a healthy and co-operative relationships between one another, to make every events and festival go successfully. Responding to the Avier People's core value-- the details make things big--Joe is one of the best candidate to convey the message to the world. "Every detail are equally important." One of the greatest example from Joe is that he once delivered 2,600 bentos on his own, in a festival, to make sure every participants of the festival get their lunch. "People might get hangry. It takes empathy to execute a successful event."
